Parish News - June 2007 - Open Studio

Brabourne Lees-based photographer Liz Garnett is again taking part in South-East Open Studios (9/10 and 23/24th June, 11.00 a.m. 'til 6.00 p.m. - and Mondays 11th and 18th between 9.30 a.m. and 2.30 p.m.) and she is looking forward to meeting people and discussing her work and method of working.

Liz has been a commercial and art photographer for 14 years.  She is becoming recognised not only for her artistic ability but also her technical knowledge of different films and processes, and her ability to push the boundaries of photography.  Liz has been exhibiting her work in the United Kingdom and mainland Europe as well as curating group exhibitions for over nine years.

As well as new flower portraits, abstracts, still lifes and beach scenes Liz has been busy photographing the local countryside.  Her studio is at 6, Mountbatten Way, Brabourne Lees... Why not pay her a visit?
