Showing art: There will be local interest from June 11 to June 27 in the South East Open Studios event. Six of the artists are from Brabourne Lees and Smeeth.

 From Saturday, June 12 until June 27 Angus Zapora,, at Acorn House, The Ridgeway will have open studio from 10am to 5pm; at weekends, Vi Sprawling, 19 The Lees Close from 11am to 6pm; and on the same weekends, Sue Chapman, Liz Garnett, Katrina and John Devenport at 39 Prospect Way 10am to 5pm.
